If it's happened recently then tympanoplasty may be advised else the hole can be healed whole n complete by Ayurveda therapies n medicated ghee. Plz feel free to communicate in personal examination and assessment. Ur metro has more than 5 PG world class research institutes. Especially dedicated to ENT as well. Till then avoid curd but can have shrikhand with ghee only in day time n don't sleep during day
