Hole in eardrum
Does eardrum hole has to be operated by tympanoplasty? Or will the eardrum heal on its own? There are two holes in the eardrum and presence of otitis media is detected.

You will need a Mastoidotympanoplasty. It is rare to see spontaneous healing of the perforated Eardrum in Chronic Suppurative Otitis Media. Simultaneously you will need to get your nose and throat treated too to heal and restore the patency of your Eustachian tubes.
