Holding breathe during pregnancy
I am 16.3 weeks pregnant, while sleeping I find myself stretching and relaxing so much that I feel like holding breathe for sometime involuntarily. Will It affect my baby . Please tell. Thanks . I felt like I am not breathing enough or holding breathe

Hi. Stretching  has no effect on preg . Must not hold breath in preg . Do deep breathing excercise regularly .
