My throat has been weak for few months.I cannot shout and sing with full of power and sometimes My voice get changed by trying to speak loudly..My voice isn't getting cleared and my pronounciation has been bad too.

Its very common at your age. It will be normal after the growth spurt. You may see an ENT specialist to rule out other causes
