Hoarse throat from talking
I am a teacher and Since 2-3 months my classes have increased which means more talking (on an average 3-4 hours per day). My voice is becoming a little coarse and sometimes I feel slight discomfort in my throat. Is it worrisome? Is there anything that I can do to ease my throat and voice? Thank you.

This can be due to professional voice abuse ... Plz give proper rest to ur voice when u get time , drink lots of water , avoid indulging in very hot tea and coffee and spicy food ... Once in a while steam inhalation will help ... But voice rest is mandatory when u don't have to work ... U can also try n go for speech therapy to learn about vocal hygiene
