HLA B27 found positive in report , feeling severe pain in upper body bones. Get treated in vellore CMC but medical course is not benificial. Any suggestion will be appericiable Thanks a lot in advance

2.Hot water shower or fomentation at home for your entire spine
3.Consult a physiotherapist near by you for further prevention.

HLAB27 +ve and you are 34years.you need a more detailed work up as regards to clinical examination, blood tests, xrays or even scans. Till then unable to comment. See an Orthopedic or rheumatologist.
Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily.
Avoid bending in front.
Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall.
Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.
Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.
Accept it as part and parcel of your life.
Engage in active life like jogging, swimming etc.
The more active u r, the less complication you will have in future.
The most common disorder associated with Hla b27 is ankylosing spondylitis ; others are skin and eye lesions, joint inflammation etc.
Kindly go for routine eye check up and medical workouts. Most importantly start with mobility exercises , strengthening and agility exercises. Consult a physiotherapist and take regular consultations from a physician n ophthalmologist. With proper care the symptoms can be reduced to a great extent. Best wishes.
