Hi Doc , If a male is hiv positive and he is undetectable from past one years and regularly on ART. Will he pass hiv to his partner (female ) If so, what are the precautions we need to take to make sure it doesn't pass to his partner (female) And I don't want to disclose my health issue with my partner

People with undetectable viral load are highly unlikely to transmit virus to their sexual partners, still i advise to use condom during intercourse.

No.. No transfer,  if its undetected.. But u need to test it regularly in 4-6 months span.. Take proper counseling to clear all ur doubts
