HIV - 5 years and T.B - 4 to 5 months

My mother has HIV since last 5 year. In the year 2017 she has got affected with T.B. The course of T.B medicine is 6 months. Doctors told my mother to take medicine of HIV and T.B together. So, she doesn't like to eat, and always sleeps. Is it right to take medicine together of HIV and T.B? Thank you
