Hit on my testicles. Are broken?

My friend hit a punch on my testicles due to which I suffered a horrible pain for 1 hour but then the pain goes away.And after that m able to masturbate as well and now I am normal as usual with no pain,no nausea,no vomiting,no swelling of my scrotum etc. And there is no blood in my urine as well as I have done my urine test in lab.This incident happend recently 10 days ago and now m okay.But ,m afraid that will it make any impact on sex life in future i.e will it stop me from becoming father in future?.I have touched my testicles as well from outside the scrotum and i felt no pain at all. So,does my testicles is safe ?M afraid that whether my testicles are broken?And, when I masturbate then  semens comes out also from my penis but m afraid that whether my semens contain sperms or not or there is less sperm count or what due to this injury. Pleaze help me to find out the result as m getting tense for it and m not being able to study for my higher secondary exam as well🙏
