I got hit in the balls

While playing Cricket,I got hit in the scrotum with leather ball, after getting hit, i felt nauseous and vomited 3 times,now almost 24 hours, i feel normal just that there is a slight pain in my scrotum that hasn't gone away yet, what shall i do?
