2 .-Usually complications are rare after proper surgical technique and post operative care and physiotherapy .
Some complications might be possible like infection ; dislocation ; DVT ; limb length discrepancy chances are less 1-3 % .
3 after Total hip replacement patient can walk immediately; next day . Complete recovery may take 6 weeks to 2 months .
