Hip Pain Causing Trouble

I have got hip pain for about one and a half month. I come to realize that sitting long time on a chair for the last few months and working has brought me that bitter pain in my left hip. I feel a burning point there, making it gentle pain. I want to get rid of that. Is there anything to give me relief from that very pain?
