Hip pain and lower back pain
Pls look my x ray , i am feeling lower back and both side buttock pain from last 6 month , pls look my x ray and give advice

However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Need to see xray LS spine here ( xray of your lower back ) At this age there won’t be any major spondylotic changes You may have lumbar spondylosis L5-S1 or postural backache because of work profile . Kindly get evaluated by spine surgeon or orthopedic surgeon for the same .

Hello..pls get an spine x-ray..do low back strengthening exercises after your pain completely subsides..

Xray looks fine. Do lumbar extension exercises, Avoid squatting, sitting cross legged, forward bending & lifting heavy weight.
Next Steps
