Hip pain after prolonged sleeping
Whenever my wife gets up after 6 -7 hours of sleep , she gets bad back pain in left hip. We tried changing the mattress , but it does not help. The pain goes away 10 mins after she gets up. What could be wrong. Is it the sleeping posture. She generally sleeps like shown in the picture . What shall she change in sleeping posture
