My wife getting groin pain on. Right side while sleeping and pain goes while getting up after one hour why is it, to whom I have to consult?

Groin pain can be due to hip joint problems.
Next Steps
Apply a warm water bag twice a day and get an X-ray Right Hip (AP and lateral views).
