Patient needs surgery for early mobilisation and that will help in bedsore management too
Get routine investigations done and if fit for surgery then proceed
She has got fracture..
without surgery she has to be on bed rest completely for 6 weeks. This will increase bed sore, clots in legs, lung infection etc
If she is medically fit for surgery then day one she can walk after surgery with walker support
