I have hip avn I want to know that hip joint presser exercise is better for me?

Dear Sir, AVN stands for avascular necrosis , here due to loss of blood supply to the head , it becomes weak, so any pressure exercises will further deteriorate it.so it's better to avoid them and only pay attention on range of movement exercise.
