  3. Hip ache from 3 months. Is it related?

Hip ache from 3 months.
Hip Pain coming back from last 3 months some with slight fever, taking Antibiotics and fever medicine helps it for some time but then it returns after sometime. It keeps changing sides to sometimes its on the left and sometimes the pain is on the right. I also had a UTI going on for some time is it related? I took Combiflam for 5 days after consulting doc it reduced the pain but when i stopped then the pain and fever came back. I am 30 Yrs
