Ask your food maker to don’t add hing in your food . Usually hing is added in dals . Camphor is never eaten in any food . So don’t worry about it .

Zandu balm,Vicks, navaratan oil, roll ons, amritanjan, and few pain relief oils ,bath powders and herbal soapsetc contain camphor...you just turn the pack and check the ingredients/composition of items Hing is mostly used in all North Indian meals .. mostly food prepared with lentils..so you can avoid it.. Yes homeopathy medicines get less effective when you use camphor based items.
