Hello doctor, My hight is 5'10" my weight is 85 i want to loose my weight, from my childhood i have anxity and fobia problem so now i consult a neurologist how suggest me some blood test and mri of brain so he found some very small spot in mri, but blood report was ok. So he suggest me clopitap75 for 3month for those small spot, and for my anxiety he suggest me betacap tr 40 and zaptra 12.5 capsule, clopitab 75 dose withdrawal after 3month butfrom the last 10month i use betacap and zaptra both and my eraguler dite and no workout and those medicine are gain my weight so please help me doctor. I need to loose atlest 5-7kg with in 2month how could i?? My English is so weak please try to understand sir thank you.

Hi. As per your Height , you are atleast 10 kg overweight. Few medications do have a side effect of weight gain, but with proper guidance, you can surely lose the extra weight & extra body fat. Some General Tips for Losing Weight . 1- Avoid High carb foods like sugar, sweets, Junk foods, carbonated drinks etc. 2- Increase the serving of fresh fruits, fresh vegetables, health protein foods, salads, in your diet. 3- Reduce the consumption of salt. 4- Start 45 min brisk walk daily. 5- Eat an early & light Dinner, Atleast 2 hours before you sleep. 6- Have one tsp of isabgol, before lunch & dinner, to increase fibre in your diet.

Stress less, sleep more.. Eat less dairy products and nuts.. Supplement vitamins and minerals.. Use intermittent fasting.. Exercise smart.. Achieve optimal ketosis.. Get your hormones checked..
