High Uric acid level
I Uric avid levels are generally high near to 7 and have got gout attacks 2 to 3 times in past. Currently I am feeling stiffness in finger joints. Want to know if it's due to Uric acid and what are the natural ways to minimise it? Will consuming apple cider help??
