High upper reading of bp
Upper reading of my bp is always above 130 but the lower one stays constant around 80 Everytime, once i got a reading of 155/80. So why is it that the upper reading is high but the lower one is normal

Any reading ( upper or lower)above normal is defined as hypertension.
