High TSH in pregnancy
My TSH was 0.4 in 3rd month of pregnancy. Now at 6 month , it is 7. Will this high tsh affect baby physical and brain development. I have started medication for thyroid. Please suggest.

In Pregnancy ideal TSH should be between 1 and 2.5, if not u require treatment

Please get a complete Thyroid profile done from a different Laboratory. Then your Doctor may put you on Thyroid hormone. I wonder if you got the Thyroid profile done again after the 3rd month of pregnancy.

Yes TSH should be less than 3 after 12 weeks
