High TSH but normal T3 and T4 level
My TSH is 7.3 while T3 and T4 are 101 and 9.6 . I have gained some weight in recent month . My cholesterol level is also a bit high 208 . what's your opinion .Should I take medicine for Thyroid ?

Get your Anti TPO antibodies done. If positive you should start low dose treatment.
