Today i take my lipid profile test and it shows tryglycerides level high 242 what should i do to

You will need lifestyle changes
Low fat diet
High fibre diet
And increased physical activity
If history of alcohol/ smoking stop it completely
And repeat the test after 6 weeks

For high Triglycerides, make sure you didn't had lots of sugars, fat, ghee, alcohol the night before.. it can increase when done after meals or when person is not doing any exercise, or having Diabetes or thyroid disorders.. one should get it repeated on empty stomach with above precautions..
