High triglycerides??
Hi I got my lipid profile done which says serum cholesterol-181.1 serum hdl-36.8 serum ldl-104.2 serum triglycerides-288 vldl-40.1 total:hdl ratio-4.92 ldl:hdl ratio:2.83 blood glucose fasting:77 Is this ok or too high?

Yes, the triglycerides are very high.  Should be below 150. You need to stop fried and oily food immediately. Start exercise and tablet Roseday- F 5 mg daily after dinner.
