High T4 and Normal T3 and TSH levels
Hello Dr. I had a miscarriage in 2013 since my thyroid was more. I was under medication for a year and it was under control. From then onwards, I am not able to concieve. I again got my thyroid tested yesterday. My TSH and T3 are normal and is 3.14 and 1.29 respectively. But my T4 seems high. It is 11.20. I eat less but I am gaining weight like anything and l am also having a lot of hairfall. I do not easily get sleep. Could you please explain me the scenario and suggest me medication. Also, I need to know if this is what is causing me problem in conceiving.

So the reports u have shared is suggestive of subclinical hyperthyroidism. Some of these symptoms are consistent with this. So u need to do thyroid anti TPO antibodies test and consult.
Next Steps
Anti TPO antibodies, consult endocrinologist
