Why my systolic blood pressure is always high its in sometime 145 or 140 but diastolic is always in 70s

Hi, Young age raised systolic blood pressure may b due to hormonal or stress factor. Family history also to be noted. Get renal function tests to evaluate kidney. Avoid junk food, decrease salt intake and start regular exercise or yoga.
