High sgpt and sgot
I got my LFT report 20 days back showing sgpt 218 sgot 103 and rest normal values. Then my blood got tested for hepatitis A B C and E and all values came negative. My USG report shows mild liver enlargement 15.2 cm and nothing else is found. After consultation I took urosocol 300 2 times daily and now my sgpt is 121 and sgot 62. I want to get it normal within a week. Pls suggest something and I also lost 3 kg weight by dieting and exercising.

The most important part of treatment is diet. Medicines have a very limited benefit.
Some further tests may be done but without diet nothing will help.
