High- Haemoglobin (hb) - 17.4 gm/dl Eosenophil - 6.0 Hematocrit - 51.8% MCV - 109.6 fl MCH - 36.8 pg Corpuscular haemoglobin - 37.20 pg TOTAL CHOLESTEROL 277 MG/DL LDL - 195.8 mg/dl Total cholesterol/hdl ratio - 5.20 Ldl/hdl ratio- 3.70 SGOT- 73 u/L SGPT- 148 u/L Inorganic phosphorus - 4.96 mg/dl Thyroid - 6.86 I HAVE BEEN CONSUMING ALCOHOL ON A REGULARLY BASIS 5-6 TIMES A WEEK ALMOST 250-350 ML. FOR THE PAST 3-5YEARS. ALSO I AM A SMOKER. 3-5 SMOKES A DAY. HAVE QUIT DRINKING FOR THE PAST ONE WEEK. HAVE REDUCED SMOKING TO 3 SMOKES A DAY. PLEASE ADVICE. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME MY REPORTS HAVE BEEN THIS BAD, HAVE NOT BEEN DIAGNOSED WITH SUCH BAD VITALS BEFORE.

Hi I'm Dr.S.R.Raveendran MD Yes it can happen due to alcohol  and bad life style . You need to see a professional  nutritionist and get a proper  diet chart , stop smoking and convert to nicotine  gums , reduce alcohol . And repeat investigations  after a month . If possible  share ecg and blood sugar
