High SGOT and High DGPT
My 10yrs old daughter is complaining about belly pain.As per doctor's instruction, she was undergone blood test and urine test.Blood test results shows SGOT 92 and SGPT 137 and urine test results are yet to come.We are very worried.Is it a very dangerous sign ??Plz help us ..what to do now

If the child is not overweight then cause of liver function DERRANGEMENT have to be evaluated. In overweight children Fatty liver is the most common reason. Viral INFECTION etc need to be ruled out.
