I took finasteride for six days starting stopping and starting and finally stopping and had prolonged arousal which caused hyperspeamia (high semen volume).My erectile Dysfunction is gone but when my hyperspeamia will resolve . I am really worried.

नमस्कार। आपने बताया कि आपने Finasteride लगभग 6 दिनों तक बीच-बीच में लिया और इसके बाद prolonged arousal के साथ semen volume बढ़ा हुआ महसूस हो रहा है।
Ayurveda में शुक्रधातु की मात्रा/गुणवत्ता तथा वाजीकरण को केवल semen volume देखकर assess नहीं किया जाता। केवल अधिक semen volume होना अपने-आप में कोई बीमारी नहीं है। Finasteride से sexual/ejaculatory changes हो सकते हैं, इसलिए आपकी वर्तमान समस्या को medication history के संदर्भ में देखना उचित होगा।
क्या करें:
• बिना चिकित्सकीय सलाह के Finasteride दोबारा शुरू/बंद न करें।
• पर्याप्त नींद, hydration और balanced diet रखें।
• अत्यधिक sexual stimulation/बार-बार ejaculation से कुछ समय बचें और symptoms observe करें।
• कोई भी Ayurvedic Vajikarana/शुक्रवर्धक औषधि स्वयं से न लें, क्योंकि अभी exact cause स्पष्ट नहीं है।
