High risk pregnancy
I am continuously spotting in early pregnancy currently 7 weeks I have huge fibroids left side intramural posterior wall 11cm*8cm. Is this continuous spotting going to cause miscarriage will be going for next scan soon already on progesterone support but still spotting continuously or is it because of any other health related issue?

Cannot say. But apart from bed rest and progesterone support, nothing much can be done.

Unpredictable The size of the fibroid is two big which can further increased during the course of pregnancy The bleeding could be because of the fibroid or because of progesterone deficiency if the ultrasound shows a  heartbeat
