High risk pregnancy
Currently in the 17 week of my pregnancy which is a very high risk one with 15cm intramural posterior wall myoma got my haemoglobin test report and it's only 9 and pressure also drops I am very scared is it low haemoglobin because of the growing myoma ? Please advise

Myomas do cause a fall in haemoglobin if they cause heavy bleeding during periods. But now you are pregnant, no periods for the next six months. But you should take IV Iron so that you don't develop severe anaemia during the last month of pregnancy.

You are anemic. Nutritional requirements may not be adequate. Need ur early report. Consult for further advice
