High rish dual marker but NIPT low risk
Hi doc, I am 33 yrs old, I got my NT scan and dual marker at 12.2 weeks . NT - 1.4 Dual marker : 1:50 and 1:139, biochemical and combined respectively. Doc suggested NIPT and it is low risk with fetal fraction 7.1 My doctor is unavailable for 3 days. Could you tell if everything is normal. Attached reports for dual marker and NIPT

Both tests are non-invasive.. but double marker shows risk for trisomy 21 and NIPT shows low risk ... So for more confirmation go for Amniocentesis

Both  double marker and n i p t are screening tests not diagnostic you need to go with a diagnostic test which is aminocentesis
