Hello , sir you r bit confused while mentioning your Hb I feel. Don’t worry it’s not too high RBC count , Simple dehydration during test can lead to this . But Just note few things r u on any body mass enhancing drugs by gym or fitness centre . Note s dre any steroids or harmones . Ur leaving area - if it s a high altitude Ur occupation if inhalation of CO etc Note for kidney function test, ecg If nothing among these are present don’t worry.
Next Steps
Note total haemogram in which haemocrit, MCV ,MCHC If needed u can further go for peripheral smear study of your blood to check size and shape of your RBC s in detail Recheck after 3 months
Health Tips
As this raise is not so significant no need to worry much . But as u r more conscious about numbers can follow above tests with consultation.

High RBC may indicate that you are taking less water. Thats why your blood is conceterated and thick. But the hemoglobin value should be 12 to 16. The value you are misunderstanding with hb might be HbA1c which should be 6 and urs is 6.2. In this case you already have admitted that you donot exercise

Ur hb n RBC are slightly out of range. Don’t worry. But yes u need to start exercising. N also do these changes in ur lifestyle. Follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic). ) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't Overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever ur mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is ur traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc. 4. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, any fresh n seasonal fruit, a cup of curd/milk etc 5. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 6. Maintain active life style 7. Avoid fast foods, spicy n fried foods, Carbonated beverages 8. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. 9. Drink lot of water. 10. Everyday preferably sleep on same time Exercise in the form of yoga, cycling, Swimming, gym etc. For more details, you can consult me
