You need strengthening of corneal tissue along with a refractive procedure.. It can be planned only after a thorough investigation and discussion with pros and cons of each procedure.. It may be relevant to take a few opinions and then arrive at a conclusion. Talking to a few patients who have undergone the procedure will also help.
