High Potassium level
I had high Potassium level (5.66) 4 days back and I am having cramps in my whole body. So, I did a RFT and urine test but everything else was normal except uric acid increase. Doctor gave me K Binder to reduce the levels yesterday but the cramps have still not gone. Can you suggest something. Reports attached

Muscle cramps can occur due to many causes such as dehydration,severe exercise, calcium deficiency and electrolyte abnormalities . It is better to take Tab vitamin D plus calcium once daily with 3-4 litres of ORS ( one packet of ors powder on one litre of water per day) for 3-4 days If its still not relieved then you can have Tab paracetomol 650 mg SOS.
Next Steps
After recovery, cramps can be avoided by having regular exercise 30 min per day atleast 5 times a week . Daily fruits and green leafy vegetables Daily one glass of milk with dry fruits
