High pitch voice
I am a 26 years male. I am suffering from high pitch voice with very low resonance. I voice on the phone is not clear. When I call to unknown person they will call me madam due to my high pitch voice problem. Kindly suggest me. I have not consulted a doctor till now. I also have essential tremor. Also suggest me some exercises if any. Thanks.

As per your description you might have puberphonia..for that you need speech therapy.. consult with an ENT specialist for proper assessment and treatment..
