High phosphorus - 5.4
All my other test comes fine including kidney function test and whole body check up but phosphorus on a bit high side of 5.4

According to your report there is phosphorus high known as hyperphosphatemia . Reason- Kidney disease, Hypoparathyroidism, Metabolic and Respiratory acidosis. For treating the hypophosphatemia first test the the under lying causing disease.
Next Steps
For remove the phosphorus you should follow good life style as take plenty of fluid and avoid any junk food and avoid spicy and fatty food.

this is called hyper Phospetemia. causes include low parathyroid hormone levels (hypoparathyroidism) damage to cells. high vitamin D levels. diabetic ketoacidosis — high levels of acids called ketones in the blood of people with diabetes. injuries — including those that cause muscle damage. serious body-wide infections.
