High PDW, High MPV, High RDW
Doctor,I have hypertension. For hypertension I am taking blood pressure medication regularly. On CBC test My hemoglobin was 12.5,Hematrocit(39.6),MPV 15.9, RDW 15.9,PDW 39.4 fl(normal 8.3-25ml) and platelet count 1,60,000, On liver function test my SGPT Was 60,Total bilirubin 0.6,Alkaline phosphate 86, USG abdominal normal. But since 2 Years my Platelet count always lower normal side (1,50,000-1,70,000) and High PDW( 20-40) and High MPV(12-16), should I worried for this?

I think you have mixed up the MPV and PDW. MPV should be 39.4 and PDW should be 15.9. Your Platelet count is normal. If it is on higher side you will be prone to intravascular coagulation. For further information you may consult with me on Practo.
