If the specialist says, retina is good, it is nice. Lattice degeneration can happen in future even if retina is ok today. Don’t worry, just keep getting retina checked as u r doing now
Hi. Retina doctor always does a complete eye checkup including fundus examination to rule out any lattice degeneration or retinal holes. You need to have regular check ups every 6 months or report earlier if you have any flashes or floaters..

Regular check up are good.
No one can predict when lattice will develop..
Sometimes you dont need to treat also even if lattice is there ..
It is a call taken by your doctor!
Next Steps
do not worry unnecessarily..you can only take due precautions, beyond that it is the almighty which controls.
so enjoy life !
Health Tips
dont do very sternous things , avoid trauma to eyes ..
in case of increased floaters, flashes or curtain like thing coming in front of your eyes .contact your doctor immediately.
Eat healthy, sleep well, avoid too much screen time ..stay healthy
No doctor can tell you what'll happen in future.
High myopic patients have tendency to form lesions in the periphery of retina for which examination by indirect is mandatory. If your retina is normal then don't worry, just keep following up with your ophthalmologist.
