High morning blood sugar
My age is 59 years and I have diabetes since 2018. Yesterday in evening my before meal blood sugar was 109 after that I take my medicines glycinorm 80 before meal and Tglip 20/1000 after meal and went for sleep and today in morning I checked my fasting sugar that was 245. Why it was too high and I took a very normal diet in night and all my medicines.

Fasting sugars wil b more due to hormonal circadian variation. U need drug dosage modification.. That's it.. Not to worry. Follow diet chart and have regular physical activity
