High max heart rate
Hi, Thank you for the opportunity to ask my question. I'm a overall healthy 31 year old male who likes the regularly. According to max HR calculators my max HR should be 190. However, when I do a max effort run I can get a HR of 210. At 185 bpm talking becomes a little hard and at 195 it's hard. My resting HR is 49 and a recent EGC didn't show anything out of the ordinary. My question is: is this high heart rate situation common and are there studies I can read that look at max heart rates in

You should achieve 85 percent of your target Heart 20 - 30 minutes a day for adequate cardiac fitness. Should not exceed 100 percent of target heart rate
