High persistent heart rate
I am female, 18 years old, my usual resting heart rate for the past couple years has been around 60 bpm, recently the past week or two my heart rate has jumped to high 90s and even 100 sometimes, I haven’t taken anything new, should I be worried?

Yes If your heart rate has raised more than 20bpm it needs to have an explanation. Of course it doesn't always mean heart disease. But it can vary from being simple anxiety or fever to heart disease. It could also be suggesting a systemic disorder such as thyroid problem etc. So if there no undue stress or anxiety it's better to consult a physician
Next Steps
