High levels in liver test and alert
I have some high levels in liver test. In CBC it is mentioned alert there is normocytic normochromic with ovalocytes. Is there anything to worry about my liver condition and there are any health problems. I am herewith attaching the reports. Please find all the test reports

CBC report is ok There's elevated total cholesterol and. Slight rise in liver enzymes which are not a cause of worry. However you avoid fatty foods Drink plenty of water Consume fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet Exercise for 30 minutes a day for 5 days in a week Repeat liver function lipid profile after 3 months
