Your haemoglobin of 15.3 is perfectly normal for a man. A serum iron of 174 is at the upper end but a single iron value alone means very little, as it fluctuates with the time of day and with any iron rich food or supplement taken before the test. Spinach juice is a poor source of absorbable iron, so it is unlikely to be the cause. The test that actually matters is serum ferritin along with transferrin saturation; if saturation is above 45 percent and ferritin is high, then we look for iron overload. A direct bilirubin of 0.33 is only mildly raised; please tell me the total bilirubin, because a raised total with normal liver enzymes in a young man is usually harmless Gilbert's syndrome, which needs no treatment. Please get ferritin, TIBC, transferrin saturation, LFT and a repeat bilirubin after a 10-12 hour fast, and avoid alcohol and iron supplements before testing. If you have joint pain, unusual skin darkening, or persistent fatigue, mention it, and if you develop yellow eyes, dark urine or abdominal pain please see a doctor promptly. You may consult me on Practo or at Synergy Multispeciality Hospital, Miraj with your reports.

Hb is normal iron mildly high, but spinach juice is unlikely to cause iron overload, usually not concerning if the rest of the liver tests are normal.
