High heart rate and blood pressure
My heart rate remain around 96 on average which goes 110 on standing. The bp remains around 130/95. Do I need to be worried or start meditation.

Maintain good hudration, if you are overweight start exercising and reducing weight. Do meditation. If the rate persists then consult
