High grade fever and chills from 1 week

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I've been high fever from last one week along with chills low appetite. Widal test report is salmonella typhi O 1:80 and H 1:20, and Liver Panel Screen is AST 76, ALT 103, albumin 3.42, Urea, Serum 12.30. Do i have typhoid?
