High grade complete Acl teae
I just received my MRI report. It says I've got high grade complete tear of acl near it's proximal attachment along with grade 2 sprain of medial collateral ligament

Hi. Get yourself clinically checked by a sports medicine surgeon. If you have mcl tear then you will have to consider rest for 3 weeks or so no bending of knee. Later once the MCL heals up we have to consider acl reconstruction. You should be able to do all sports activities after 6 months. Tc

At 19, I would suggest you a arthroscopic anatomical ACL reconstruction . As compare to repair, it has early rehabilitation and predictable results.

You should go ahead with arthroscopic ACL repair, very good surgery  with small cuts and  excellent result with merely 2 days hospital, can join duties with brace after 1 week ,
